(1) If a member elected according to the proportional election system dies, resigns, abandons the party or for any other reason, the Federal Parliament Secretariat shall inform the Commission if the position becomes vacant. The concerned party shall be informed within seven days to nominate and send the name of another candidate. (3) After receiving the information as per sub-rule (2), the concerned party shall nominate and send the name of another candidate who remains in the closed list of candidates according to the decision of the party's central executive committee or similar committee. (4) When the party nominates and sends a candidate according to sub-rule (3), the name of the candidate of the inclusive group in which the post of member of the inclusive group is vacant shall be nominated and sent as long as it is available. He will announce that he has been elected.
